As per report there has been increase in the domestic harassment in the indian family. The hours of phone usage also increased that lead to damage in the user brain. The communication within the family member also reduced. Due to the lockdown, many sector undergo bankrupt so lot of people turned to unemployed. This leads to the choas within the family member.
Due to the fear of getting covid many people hesitated to go public places like cinema theatre, malls, market areas and others. Even the place like gym are seems to be occupied with the limited number of people. School.student are allowed to access to access the phone for the online class purpose. Coaching class and training class are also started into online medium that affect the mobile use both physically and psychologically.
Some of the problem of watching phone for long hours are eye irritation, head ache, body what, and in rare case it may cause brain damage. 2. Spend some time with your neighbouring community.
It is good to develop some fun time with your neighbouring community. Ask them to come to your house on a special occasion. Develop your community.
3. Go to temple regularly. Have some faith in almighty God.
There has been negativity around us as the covid cases increases steeply we need to have faith to win this battle. Where else you get positivity apart from going to temple. Make sure you maintain social distance in the temple.
4. Explore your hobby. Example like photography , modelling , tailoring .
In your young age you might have these hobbies but over a period you might not have the time. Now it’s the time to rekindle your interest in that area.
5. Read new paper, books, and magazines.
There are many book in the shelves in the TBR section. How it’s the right time to read all those books. Reading books improve your memory power and also give lot of confidence for you.
6. Spend some time with family members.
Family members are the backbone of your life. Please be available when they need you so throw out your phone and have a small talk with them.
7. Revisit your birth place.
Many of us go to our native place rarely. In covid time got to your town with your family member and enjoy those moment
